Zimbabwean Drum Class with Napoleon

Napoleon Jambwa will lead a workshop in Zimbabwean rhythms and songs to connect you with the powerful energy of the drum. Bring a hand drum; congas, djembes, dundun, and hosho will all work in the class that will move through several different Zimbabwean rhythms. Some parts are played using two drums so if you have two make sure to bring them and be ready to sing and play. There are some drums at Denfinity available to use if you don’t have one. We hope to see you here!
